We plan to share regular updates related to our work in Leadership and Culture across Jisc including our flagship Digital Leaders Programme and hope you will find this helpful.
Digital leadership is the act of leading an effective digital organisation (or part of an organisation) using digital to overcome barriers and make the most of opportunities.
A digital leader has the insights and aptitude to motivate people, irrespective of their title or position. They ask questions at every level, encouraging others to consider different choices and envision what the future could be.
